Welcome Note
Bismillaahi ar-Rahmaan ar-Raheem.
Al-Hamdu lillaah, wa as-Salaatu wa as-Salaamu 'ala Rasoolillaah, wa ba'd.
This blog is (originally) created in dedication to the Salafee Da'wah (Call) and Manhaj (Methodology), the manhaj of adhering to the Qur'aan and the Sunnah as were understood by the Salaf as-Saalih [pious predecessors, comprising of the Sahaabahs (Companions), Taabi'een and Taabi'ut-Taabi'een; the first 3 generations of Muslims] ridwaanullaahi 'alayhim. Hence, the sharing of articles by Salafee scholars and from Salafee websites.
(It may now include "non-Salafee" sources and authors, for the sake of sharing beneficial knowledge.)
At the same time, it is also an avenue for me to share my thoughts, ideas and opinions on current issues. (And I've expanded it to include my inspirations.)
The entries will be a mix of English and Malay, depending on the language the articles were written in as well as the language I intend to write in.
Enjoy the read. May what I've written and going to write in this blog benefit me, my parents, and my family.

Just wanted to let you know that Abdur Raheem Green is not on the Salafi dawah. The Salafi in the UK know him to be upon another minhaj.

I posted up this video merely for sharing purpose, for us to benefit from his speech.
Whether he is Salafi or not, I personally do not wish to go deep into the matter. Who am I to question him when my position/level in terms of knowledge is not even close to him?
He, along with other du'aat such as Dr Bilal Philips and Abu Usamah adh-Dhahabee, has been under criticism with regards to their manhaj, whether he is truly upon it.
"Look not at the speaker but at what is being spoken." A statement attributed to Ali radiyAllahu 'anhu.
I personally see no problem in listening to Abdur Raheem Green, so long as his aqeedah is safe, and his lectures and speeches are not in clear contradiction to the Salafi manhaj.
Just like my position towards Dr Bilal Philips and Abu Usamah adh-Dhahabee. Yes, the Salafi in UK might question and criticise their manhaj, however, i find them to have strong knowledge which we can benefit from.

At the end of the day, Abdur Raheem Green is a human. The statement of any man can be accepted or rejected except the statement of the Prophet sallAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam, as stated by Imam Malik rahimahullah.
